Head Montessori Specialist

Dina is TMA’s Head Montessori Specialist and brings with her more than 16 years of Montessori training and teaching experience in both private and public schools. She oversees TMA’s Montessori curriculum and Montessori specialists, ensuring our students receive the best foundation as they begin their education journey. Dina is responsible for weekly team meetings with specialists, ordering Montessori materials and setting up classrooms to optimize the learning environment, teacher training and support, conducting formal student observations and evaluations, curriculum creation and implementation, and assisting with parent-teacher conferences. During our morning car line, you will frequently see Dina assisting with arrivals and welcoming students.

Originally from Ohio, Dina and her family relocated to South Carolina 23 years ago. Dina and her husband, Jason, share three daughters and four grandchildren together.

Witnessing students connect with their environment and transform into a community of independent thinkers has been one of the most rewarding experiences for Dina. She looks forward to another year at TMA supporting our teachers, students, and families.
