Montessori Teaching Careers

Current Openings:

Part-Time Toddler Afternoon Assistant: 12pm OR 2pm-6pm

Full-Time Assistant: 8:30am-5:30pm / 9am-6pm

As we continue to grow, so do our opportunities! If you are interested in a career with Trinity Montessori Academy, you may begin the process by completing our pre-employment application. Applicants must love working with children and be willing to embrace our curriculum of Montessori, Balanced Literacy, and Christian Values. Montessori experience is preferred, but not required. Established educators looking to expand their careers as Montessori early childhood educators are encouraged to apply. Applicants who meet our criteria will be contacted by our administration team.

Employee Health
Employee health is important to us. We offer group health insurance to all eligible employees along with vision and dental plans. We have also established non-smoking and substance abuse policies to protect employee health.

Employee PTO
TMA offers full-time employees PTO time.

401K
Trinity Montessori offers a 401(k) to interested employees. A 401K is an employer-sponsored retirement savings plan that offers significant tax benefits while helping you plan for the future. Free DSS Training
We strive to keep our staff up to date on early childhood education topics and research. We offer in-house training hours throughout the year that are DSS credited. Teachers are able to attend these workshops free of charge to earn the hours needed by the end of each calendar year.

Professional Development & Team Building
TMA has built in teacher work-days throughout the year for ongoing continuing education and professional development. During our spring professional development days, we offer off-campus team building activities to build postive staff relationships!
