Caroline Proctor

A little about me—I grew up in the beautiful state of Maine, then spent much of my early adulthood in Phoenix, Arizona. I moved to Charlotte a few years ago, where I've settled down with my fiancé and our two wonderful daughters, Hendrix and Blaire. I absolutely love being a girl mom!

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and bring with me nearly a decade of experience in early childhood education and childcare. I began my journey as a preschool teacher in Arizona and have had the opportunity to work in and learn from a variety of age groups and classroom settings. Eventually, I transitioned into an administrative role and continued on that path after relocating to Charlotte. My passion for education began in the classroom and has only deepened over the years.

I’m especially excited to connect with the Montessori method and to support the unique learning journeys of each child. I look forward to growing in this role and partnering with the incredible teachers, children, and families of TMA.

Outside of work, I cherish time with my family, enjoy being outdoors and connecting with nature, and have a deep passion for reading, yoga, and meditation.
