Ms. Alyssia

Hi, I'm Alyssia! I am originally from Maryland and moved to Charlotte with my family in 2022. I have a degree in Early Childhood Education and over 18 years of experience. Throughout my career, I have held positions as both an early childhood lead teacher and education coordinator. My hands-on teaching experience includes toddlers, preschool, and lower elementary school.

I am happily married and have one daughter and one bonus daughter and son. In my leisure time, I enjoy participating in outdoor activities such as going to the museum, zoo, and aquarium. I also enjoy reading good books and listening to classical music.

I look forward to another year in the Sunflower classroom and getting to know my new students and their families.
