Ms. Lauren

Hi, I’m Lauren! I’m delighted to begin this year as a lead teacher. I’m originally from the small town of Easley, South Carolina — right between Greenville and Clemson (Go Tigers!) — and a proud graduate of Winthrop University, where I earned my degree in Educational Studies.

With over five years of childcare experience and a background in early childhood development and applied behavioral analysis, I’m passionate about nurturing independence, curiosity, and hands-on learning in every child. I love watching children explore, make discoveries, and grow in confidence through the Montessori approach.

Outside the classroom, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, finding hidden gems for eating and activities, and getting creative with crafts and DIY projects. 

I’m so excited for a wonderful year of learning and discovery together!
